This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation and submit payment. When registering, please use your child's current grade in school for the 2022-2023 school year. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. Also make sure you have read all concussion information located in the resources section of the OYB website.
